The Venue
The symposium will take place at the International Academic Forum Heidelberg (IWH) located in the center of the old town. The IWH is an interdisciplinary centre for scholarly exchange in academia. As a vital organ and think tank of the Heidelberg University it has been providing a platform for multidisciplinary intellectual engagement for over three decades.
Accomodation
The IWH has a few rooms available for conference participants. In addition, rooms at the Hotel am Schloss are available for all other participants of the conference.
Getting around in Heidelberg
Heidelberg can be easily reached by train with the closest international airports being Frankfurt a.M. (FRA) and Stuttgart (STR). The quickest way from the main station to the IWH is to take the S1, S2, S7 or S8 to the station Heidelberg-Altstadt. Alternatively, you can take Bus 20 (outside the main train station) to the Rathaus/Bergbahn station.
